Michael (Mike) John Nunn from Melrose, Johannesburg and Mark Robert Summers, from Vlaeberg, Cape Town are the directors of the private company that was registered on 12/04/2010 at Saru House, Tygerberg Park, 163 Uys Krige Street, Plattekloof. The postal address at registration was P O BOX 16350, VLAEBERG, 8018.
Both Nunn and Summers have a long history in African Gem Resources and the controversial Tanzanite One Limited .

Mr. Michael John Nunn, Mike serves as a Secretary of GTS Drywall Supply Company. Mr. Nunn Founded African Gem Resources and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He was a founding member of the Diamond Merchant’s Association of South Africa and is the International Colored Stone Association’s Ambassador to South Africa. Since putting a competent team in place, his role at AFGEM has evolved from being largely operational to primarily strategic. He has been involved in the gemstone industry for 13 years and has vast experience in mining operations and management, beneficiation, grading and marketing of high value gemstones. He serves as a Director of GTS Drywall Supply Company. He serves as also a non-Executive Director of Afgem Limited. He has been a Director of Xceldiam Limited since July 2005. Mr. Nunn served as a Director of Central Asia Gold Ab since March 2009. He also served as Executive Chairman of African Gem Resources. He served as Executive Director of African Gem Resources Ltd. since September 14, 1998. He served as non-Executive director of African Gem Resources and Director of Tanzanite One Limited until May 1, 2006.

From 1999 to 2000, he was the Director of Mining Corporate Finance at HSBC, with corporate clients including Afgem Ltd, De Beers, Kroondal Platinum and the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa. Mark restructured
Afgem Ltd’s interest into Tanzanite One Ltd, and advised on its
subsequent listing on AIM. As a founding investor in MDM, he was closely involved in the incorporation, turn-around and listing of the company on AIM.
